Overview
Pack your favorite trail shoes (and maybe a sense of fun). This all-women group convenes every Saturday morning (rain or shine) at the Cougar Mountain Sky Country Trailhead, roughly 13 miles east of Seattle. Choose your pace from 4.5, 6, 8, or 10 miles, with runs kicking off at 7 AM or 8:30 AM. The 4.5-mile group usually returns by 8:30, letting you jump on the longer run if you’re feeling it. Everyone’s included—no one gets left behind, and there’s always a “Club Med” walking/jogging option for those taking it easy.
