Overview
OREGON OG! Founded in 1969, this club runs Wednesday group sessions at Rogue Valley Runners (RVR) at 5:30 PM (60–75 minutes, all levels welcome), plus a Ladies Only run on Thursdays at the same time—but with a slightly gentler pace. They also throw legendary races like the Stagecoach Run (Aug 30), Rogue XC (Sep 27), Talent Harvest Festival (Oct 4), and the Pioneer Road Run (Nov 15).
Why It Rocks: Vintage roots, weekly trail kilowatts, and a calendar full of local racing tradition.
