Overview

Named after the famously wobbly Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Galloping Gertie is a fun and scenic race that lets runners traverse the iconic span between Gig Harbor and Tacoma, WA. With stunning views of the Puget Sound, Mount Rainier, and the Olympic Mountains, this unique experience offers a Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K. Enjoy a USATF-sanctioned event with custom medals, race shirts, and a festive post-race celebration—all while supporting local charities.
