All paces, all faces: a laid-back 75-150 person crew looping South Lake Union from MOHAI.
Club Seattle Runners Division (CSRD) meets Mondays and Saturdays at MOHAI for runs along the South Lake Union Loop, regularly drawing 75-150 runners. The group is one of the most diverse in the city's run-club scene and leans into a low-pressure, community-first vibe rather than performance. Instead of pacers, CSRD uses "sweepers" who stick with the back of each group so no one is left behind. The club takes a seasonal break from mid-December through mid-February and rents light vests and headlamps for darker runs.
