Washington
Overview
Meet the herd! These folks gather for “Thirsty Thursdays” at 6:30 AM in Issaquah, a downhill, uphill, or trail sprint sure to wake your soul. Come evening, stick around for “Thirsty Seconds,” a road run to balance the day. They also host “Silky & Filthy” trail-work runs (saw in hand, trail restoration in spirit) and monthly “Smooth Mooves,” epic long-run weekenders out to places like Teanaway or Goat Rocks. All runs are free and open to all.
Why It Rocks: A quirky, cow-print-loving running family that moves hearts (and miles)—and gives back to the land.
