Keith Laverty is a Seattle-based running coach with 20+ years of racing experience across roads, trails, and ultras. A 2:24 marathoner, UESCA-certified ultrarunning coach, and parent-athlete, Keith specializes in creating training that adapts to your lifestyle—whether you’re chasing your first 5K finish, qualifying for Boston, or taking on a rugged mountain ultra. He brings a holistic approach that blends endurance, strength, running economy, mental preparation, and race strategy while keeping running fun and sustainable for the long haul.
Philosophy
Keith believes there’s no one-size-fits-all plan—every runner deserves training that matches their goals, background, and life demands. His coaching is rooted in adaptability: building a program that fits around work, family, travel, and the inevitable curveballs of life.
