Course Description

The Tahoe Trail takes place in the high country of the Sierra Nevada, showcasing everything from alpine meadows to dense pine forests and rocky ridgelines. Riders and runners experience fast singletrack, challenging climbs, and sweeping views of Lake Tahoe. Expect a mix of dirt fire roads, rugged trails, and wide-open alpine stretches that test both strength and skill. The thin air at elevation adds another layer of challenge, rewarding persistence with incredible scenery.

100K MTB athletes battle long climbs and exhilarating descents on a looped course that rewards strong technical handling and stamina. The 50K Run course threads through mountain trails with breathtaking panoramas, ideal for those chasing a Leadville qualifier. The Kids Run offers young athletes a chance to experience the energy and excitement of Tahoe’s trails with distances tailored for fun and accomplishment.
