Course Description

The Tiger Claw Ascent begins in the Upper High Point parking lot. Runners descend the road to where the Cable Line trail starts, then climb relentlessly through forested singletrack. Within the first mile, you gain 1,550ft, and over the full 2.5 miles, you’ll ascend a total of 2,500ft to reach the summit of West Tiger 2. Along the way, you’ll cross the Pink Loop — stay straight to remain on Cable Line. Once at the summit, take in sweeping views of the Seattle metro area before beginning your self-paced 3-mile descent via the Blue Route. The descent is not timed or swept but is clearly marked for safety.
