Buckin' Hell
Every runner in every distance receives red touch-screen-compatible runners' gloves with the Buckin' Hell logo. Part of the BC Trail Trifecta (BMTGIK) alongside Knee Knacker and Broken Goat.
Overview
Almost 2,600m/8,530ft of climbing and descent through the rugged North Shore Mountains of BC. Starts and finishes at Mount Seymour Resort, climbing straight up the mountain, tagging a lower summit, descending 1,200m to the Seymour River, then climbing back up the opposite side to finish. Features local favourite trails including Baden Powell, Mystery Lake, Severed, Brockton Lookout, and the eponymous Old Buck.

Bib Pickup
Friday 5:00-8:00 PM at Valhalla Pure (North Vancouver), 15% off in-store with proof of registration/volunteering through Aug 15. Saturday 6:00-7:45 AM at race start.
Swag & Medals
All entries include a $5 donation to North Shore Mountain Bike Association's Bridle Path trail adoption, a tree planted through a Fraser Valley reforestation partnership, a branded beer glass, branded running gloves, a tote bag, a sticker, post-race pizza and beer garden, post-race massage, a finisher medal (a functioning bottle opener, with horns), and professional chip timing.

Free parking in the Mt Seymour parking lots.
Requirements
No mandatory gear. Poles are allowed. Crew and spectators are not allowed at Old Buck aid station under any circumstance; allowed at all other aid stations, no more than 25m from the station.
