
Goblin Valley Trail Runs
Overview
A boutique desert trail race through Goblin Valley State Park, run on single-track trails among thousands of hoodoo rock formations. The field is capped at 200 runners to protect the landscape. Finishers receive custom medals, soft tri-blend shirts, and reusable cups, with handcrafted wooden awards for top finishers. Post-race features music, a recovery area, camping, and chili at the Elevated Camp.

Bib Pickup
Pre-race pickup Friday 5:00-7:00 PM, outside the main park entrance visitor center parking lot (no park entry fee needed). Race-day pickup at Goblin Overlook (Start/Finish) starting 5:30 AM — arrive at least 1 hour before your start.
Swag & Medals
Custom medals, soft tri-blend shirts, and reusable cups for all finishers. Handcrafted wooden awards for top overall and age-group finishers.

Race Policies
This is a cupless event — bring your own hydration vessel. Strollers are not permitted on course. Dogs are not allowed, as the park is a protected wildlife reserve.
Land Acknowledgement
Goblin Valley's landscape holds evidence of Native American settlement and culture, including from the Fremont, Southern Paiute, and Ute peoples.
