Always held the first Saturday in June.
Overview
A trail running experience through Lost Lake Park in Whistler, BC, with distance options from a 5K to a 32K, all run on mostly non-technical gravel and paved valley trails through temperate rainforest, along the lake and river, in the shadow of glacier-capped mountains.
Course
75% smooth, non-technical gravel trail (1.5-5m wide) through Lost Lake Park, with the remainder on paved valley trail.
Cutoff Details
Mons Rd: 3.5hr / 11:25 AM. Finish: 4.5hr / 12:25 PM.
Aid Stations
6 aid stations at 2.3, 8, 9.6, 14, 16.3, and 18.6 km, stocked with water and Näak Boost drink mix throughout, plus Coke, bananas, oranges, chips, and gel at select stations.

Recommended minimum age 16 on race day. Walkers must start in the designated walking wave (first wave of the event).

Coast Mountain Trail Running (CMTR) produces some of British Columbia’s most beloved and challenging trail races. Founded by Gary Robbins and Geoff Langford, CMTR blends rugged coastal terrain with top-tier race organization, fostering a deeply loyal community of trail runners across all ability levels.
